Our take on chilli-salted guava (peru) from a street cart: guava, green chilli, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon and clove, with a pinch of salt.

An Indian tonic with a spiced backbone: lemongrass, lemon and orange peel, coriander seed, cardamom, allspice and peppercorn over a clean quinine bite.
No shakers, no fuss. Build them in the glass, give one lazy stir, and sit down.
Salt half the rim of a highball. Add ice, tequila and lime, then top up with the soda. A grapefruit wedge if you can be bothered.
Chilli-salt the rim, fill with ice, add spirit and lime, then top with the soda. Spicy enough to make you forget your ex.
Fill a tall glass with ice, add the gin, then pour the tonic slowly down a bar spoon to keep the bubbles. Finish with the peel.

We're made in Bangalore by the bar team at Kompany Hospitality, the people behind SOKA, which is ranked No. 18 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2026. We built Slothers because we wanted mixers with Indian flavour and real bite for our own bars. Turns out they're even better on a beanbag.

Slothers is a craft cocktail mixer brand from Bangalore. We make Indian Tonic Water, Grapefruit Soda and Pickled Peru Soda in 200 ml bottles, built for gin and tonics, Palomas and anything else you pour.
Peru is a common Indian name for guava. Pickled Peru Soda takes its cue from chilli-salted guava, with green chilli, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon and clove.

Our mixers are fermented, so a little naturally occurring sediment is normal. Don't shake the bottle; open it carefully and serve it chilled.
Absolutely. Every Slothers mixer is great over ice by itself, as well as with gin, vodka, tequila or rum.
